Day-to-Day Description:

As an intern in Human Resources at Startup Greece, you are responsible for the comprehensive recruitment process of volunteers and other interns. This may include preparing new job descriptions, job postings, e-mail correspondence (with potential candidates), reviewing applications, directing interviews, arranging contracts and scheduling organization. Next to the general recruitment process, the conceptual designing of our strategy and its implementation is one of the most important exercises in our HR department.

As an intern at Startup Greece, you will get in touch with the mission, vision, and goals of Startup Greece. You have an obligation to help to develop our strategy and overall goals on an ongoing basis. We encourage you as an intern to have self-responsibility in all your tasks. You will evaluate the performance of processes, create new systems and procedures, and you will work closely with our team. Innovative Ideas located outside the box, applied creativity, and an inquisitive mindset are very desirable.

Expectations:

From our candidates, we expect to have effective communication, proficient writing skills, good organizational skills, critical acumen, creative mindset, objectivity, good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and WordPress, academic knowledge of Human resources management, recruiting and basic psychology.
