Internship Positions – Marketing Manager

Day-to-Day Description:

As a Marketing Manager at Startup Greece, you are responsible for successfully implementing our marketing strategy. This may include developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales plans (i.e. print, events, advertising and publicity), creating engagement strategies to reach new customer groups, attending relevant events and project meetings, reporting on the impact of campaigns and analyzing individual publishing programs. Additionally, you will make weekly and monthly reviews to measure our marketing initiatives, calculating potential ROI against the budget. Our marketing interns play a key role in representing Startup Greece to the public and private sectors. We encourage you as an intern to have self-responsibility in all of your tasks. You will evaluate the performance of processes, create new systems and procedures, and you will work closely with our team. Innovative ideas located outside the box, applied creativity, and an inquisitive mindset are very desirable.

Expectations:

From our candidates, we expect to have excellent writing and communication skills, good organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and WordPress, academic knowledge of marketing, communication or in another relevant field. As an asset, our candidates have deep knowledge of SEO practices.
