EP#59: Alex Harris, Founder of Adadot.com

The daughter of a psychologist and an engineer, Alex was interested in the mechanics of human behaviour for as long as she could remember. She had a great opportunity to get solid foundational knowledge on the subject whilst studying Politics at Oxford.

After an illustrious career in the marketing’s Bi Six that led her to manage some of the most significant technical projects in history with over $3B in the budget, Alex set her sights on solving one of the greatest business challenges she had personally faced: how can we get the best out of our people? Knowing that only tech and data can help answer that question, she created Adadot. Adadot uses AI to help developers get into a state of Flow, making them up to 500% more effective. Adadot has recently been voted  #1 Developer Tool of the Week on Product Hunt, boasts unicorn customers, and is growing at a rate of 2000%.
