Overview:
Engage young leaders in Vilnius in addressing and promoting gender equality through innovative thinking and creative problem-solving activities. This workshop aims to deepen understanding and foster solutions to achieve equality across all genders.

Key Objectives:

• Promote creative problem-solving to tackle gender inequality.
• Develop new methods and strategies that support the goal of gender equality.
• Foster an environment of diversity and inclusivity in thought and approach.

Workshop Schedule and Activities:

Day 1 activities:

• ice-breaking activities to help participants get to know each other.
• Introduction to the objectives and overall framework of the workshop.
• Detailed overview of EU Youth Goal #2 and its current status of implementation.

Day 2 activities:

• Future workshop activity structured into three phases: Criticism, Fantasy, and Realization to tackle current gender equality challenges.
• Collecting experiences: a guided discussion where participants share and document their first-hand experiences and ideas related to gender equality.

Day 3 activities:

• Design for wiser action: participants collaborate to develop a Youth Toolkit for promoting Equality of All Genders, focusing on practical applications and project ideas to advance this goal.
