Startup Greece Youth Academy

The Startup Greece Youth Academy is a groundbreaking two-year leadership program that aims to inspire, empower, and elevate the next generation of leaders in Greece. Our goal is to equip young people with the necessary tools—skills, knowledge, and networks—to play a leading role in driving innovation, promoting social progress, and fostering sustainable economic development in the country.

First Year: Program & Scholarships
The program, valued at €5,000 per participant, is offered free of charge, eliminating financial barriers and ensuring equal access to opportunities for all.

Greece faces critical challenges, including brain drain and limited growth opportunities for its younger generation. In Arcadia, the reality is even more demanding: 8 out of 10 young people leave the region for their studies and rarely return.

The local GDP has been in decline over the past 20 years.

The Youth Academy aims to reverse this trend by providing the youth of Arcadia with the tools, motivation, and confidence to stay, create, and thrive in their homeland.

What the Program Includes:

Annual Startup Greece Youth Academy event with participation from high school graduates of Arcadia, networking, and mentorship opportunities from experienced professionals.
Participation in 4 training/exchange programs in EU countries, lasting 3–7 days, focusing on skill development, intercultural learning, and hands-on experiences.
8+ workshops & masterclasses annually with top professionals in fields such as Personal Development, HR, Marketing, Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Digital Skills, Sustainability, and more.
Internship opportunities at dynamic startups within our network (Founderhood, Apollo, Campsaround, Statathlon, etc.), providing hands-on experience and professional networking.
Tailored mentorship from experienced mentors, focusing on the personal and professional development of each participant.
Access to the Startup Greece Youth Academy alumni community, building a dynamic network for collaboration and support.
Lifetime membership in the Startup Greece community with exclusive privileges, mentoring, participation in special events, and networking opportunities.
