August may have been a quieter month on the outside, but behind the scenes, our team was busy preparing for what’s next. We used the summer period to move forward with ongoing projects, plan upcoming activities, and get ready for a busy few months ahead.
We were also very happy to welcome new interns to the Startup Greece team, bringing our growing team to 14 people! With new energy, ideas and perspectives on board, we’re looking forward to turning all this backstage preparation into exciting actions in the months to come.

Developing new skills
In our latest Learning & Development session, Giannis Tambakis showed us why the “one person, one chat” approach holds teams back. Instead of working in silos, Giannis walked us through setting up a fully integrated team AI engine with shared context, reusable skills, persistent memory, and dedicated agents tailored to business operations. The session covered everything founders and teams need to stop reinventing the wheel and start scaling together.
