The Greek Tech Week is here!
Startup Greece Week begins from 13 to 19 October as the country’s largest decentralized festival of innovation and startup entrepreneurship—a vibrant meeting ground where the next generation of founders connects with the market, shares knowledge, and turns ideas into opportunity.
Building on previous editions — 13,200+ participants, 426 volunteers, 330 supporting organizations, and 120 workshops — SGW has become an institution that bridges the startup community with Greece’s broader business and investment landscape.
This year’s edition spans 25 activities across 8 cities — Athens, Patras, Thessaloniki, Xanthi, Larissa, Tripoli, Ioannina, Heraklion — as well as online. Workshops, pitching sessions, themed discussions, and targeted networking events will spotlight innovation, unlock new partnerships, and bring entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and ecosystem stakeholders to the same table.
At its core lies the conviction that innovation knows no geographic boundaries. By engaging organizations, universities, business associations, and local communities, SGW fosters collaboration and openness while elevating the regions as equal pillars of Greece’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
