Job Description

As an Project Manager/ Coordinator at Startup Greece, you are responsible for the successful implementation of our projects and initiatives. This may include to discuss the fundamental ideas of a project (i.e. strengths weaknesses, practicability and usability), to monitor the comprehensive organization of each project, to analyze and evaluate the implementation of products and their impact, to produce database reports, to provide reviews and comments on other project reports, to analyze information, to determine variable solutions and to make recommendations. Additionally, you will manage parts of project efforts. We encourage you as an employee to have self-responsibility in all your tasks. You will evaluate the performance of processes, create new systems and procedures and you will work closely with our team. Innovative ideas located outside the box, applied creativity, and an inquisitive mindset are very desirable.

Key Role Objectives

From our candidates we expect to have strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, good writing and organizational skills, critical acumen, proficient in problem solving, good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and WordPress. An advantage would be academic knowledge of project management, business, economics, or in another relevant field. Startup Greece offers you as an employee self-responsibility within all tasks, own decision-making, working in a young international team, a flexible timetable, participation on our events and NGO meetings, feedback on a regular basis, experience and knowledge sharing and training on different subjects and programs.
