Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at Startup Greece, you are responsible for various administrative duties of our departments. This may include to ensure effective and efficient office operations; to assist with administrative support functions, such as researching, compiling data, handling general projects, generating reports, and performing related work as required. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures; interpret departmental rules and regulations. Our Administrative Assistants are playing a key role in the functionality of Startup Greece, while bridging the gap between all our departments. We encourage you as an employee to have self-responsibility in all of your tasks. You will evaluate the performance of processes, create new systems, and procedures and you will work closely with our team. Innovative ideas located outside the box, applied creativity, and an inquisitive mindset are very desirable.

Key Role Objectives

Expectations: From our candidates we expect to have excellent writing and communication skills, good organizational and analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) academic knowledge of business administration, communication or in a relevant field.
