Startup Greece Week (SGW) is one of the most important entrepreneurship initiatives in Greece and the country’s largest decentralized festival for Greek tech entrepreneurship.
Organized by Startup Greece, SGW brings together founders, aspiring entrepreneurs, students, investors, mentors, ecosystem builders, corporates, and public-sector stakeholders through a dynamic week of workshops, pitching sessions, thematic talks, and curated networking events, taking place across multiple cities in Greece as well as online. Its purpose is to celebrate and empower Greek innovation, connect the startup community, and create opportunities for the next generation of entrepreneurs to learn, collaborate, and launch new ideas.
Why should you intern during Startup Greece Week (SGW)?
Interning during Startup Greece Week is a unique opportunity to become actively involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of one of the biggest entrepreneurship events in Greece. As an intern, you will gain direct exposure to the startup and innovation ecosystem, collaborate with a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Contribute to the full journey of a large-scale project from preparation and community engagement to on-the-ground implementation and post-event follow-up. It is an excellent opportunity to build practical skills, expand your professional network, and experience first-hand how a high-impact national entrepreneurship initiative comes to life.
