We’re proud to introduce the Startup Greece Youth Academy, a 2-year leadership program designed to empower recent high school graduates, first-year university students, and young individuals born between 2005-2006 to become future leaders who will create a better tomorrow.
Our Vision
The Youth Academy aims to inspire and empower young leaders who will drive innovation, social progress, and economic growth in Greece’s thriving startup ecosystem.

Why It Matters
Greece faces critical challenges like brain drain and a lack of leadership opportunities for youth talent. Together, we can reverse this trend by fostering a generation of visionary leaders equipped to lead Greece into a brighter future.
The program is going to kick off in Tripoli, Arcadia on December 28-29 with a two-day event.
Why in Arcadia
The region of Arcadia has entered a phase of decline in many sectors (e.g., population, GDP). Specifically, in terms of population, Arcadia has experienced a downward trend of 5% per year from 1950 to 2020.
Additionally, 8 out of 10 Arcadians leave to pursue studies and never return.
