Position Summary:

As a Journalist Intern, you will be responsible for managing and presenting text and video content about startups’ news worldwide on a regular basis. Your tasks will include searching and presenting news stories about startups, delivering engaging and targeted copies of news to the audience through various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, conducting journalistic research, and writing trending pieces and histories. Effective communication with an international multi-functional team will also be an essential part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and present compelling startup news stories.
• Engage the audience with targeted and engaging copy on social media platforms.
• Conduct in-depth journalistic research and produce trending articles.
• Communicate effectively with the international team.

Requirements:

• Academic knowledge on Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or in other relevant fields
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Canva and WordPress
• Proficient in MS Office
